Illuminati Lighting UK Ltd Returns Policy

Your Right of Cancellation and Returns Policy (The Consumer Contracts
Regulations)

1. You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 calendar
days after you receive the goods. This does not apply to goods that have been
manufactured or modified specifically for you as these can not be returned for credit
under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, so long as the goods have not
been fitted, modified or damaged and providing they are returned with all of the
original packaging. All goods distributed by Illuminati Lighting UK Ltd are packaged
with an additional layer over the original product boxes, you must employ the same
method when returning items, the product boxes must not be defaced in any way,
this includes, but is not limited to, courier labels, hand written return addresses and
the use of packing tape on the original product boxes. Failure to meet these requests
could negatively effect your refund or in some cases cause your return to be refused
in full.

3. Once the goods have been accepted back by Illuminati Lighting UK Ltd, the
Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 14 days for any sum that has been paid by
you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

4. To exercise your right of cancellation you must notify by telephone or email.

5. You will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost.
The goods must be returned to the address shown. You must take reasonable care
to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

6. If you are given authorisation to return goods to the supplier then you are to do so
within 14 days.
